The story of Seiko began in 1881, when Kintaro Hattori, a 21-year-old entrepreneur, opened a shop in the heart of Tokyo, specializing in the sale and repair of watches and clocks.
For over 140 years, the manufacturer has continued to innovate while remaining true to its heritage. “Seiko,” which means “precision” in Japanese, embodies this commitment.
Today, it combines artisanal know-how and technological advances to offer mechanical, quartz and solar watches, always with the same high standards of quality.
